Beth and I went to Tin Roof Cantina Saturday night with Shannon and Bradley. The bar/restaurant is owned by some friends from high school, Jack and Talley. Jack wasn’t there, but he has a new son, so was probably plenty busy at home. We caught Talley before he left. It was a really fun time, hearing old stories and some new ones with old friends. The food was great and washed down wonderfully with a few beers. I haven’t laughed like that in a long time.
One of the things that we talked about was Talley’s dog, Mouse. For those who know what a Presa Canario is, that name is pretty funny, and for those who don’t, you’ll see why when you see the pictures below. The quality isn’t great – cell phone camera in a windowless office.
There is no perspective trick here, just an honest to goodness picture of a massive dog.

Unfortunately we didn’t get any good pictures of the group together. Oh, well. Guess we’ll have to go again sometime soon and take care of that little detail.
